Wow! What a turn up of members to our annual Christmas Lunch at the Harvest Cafe, Newrybar. Everyone had such a good time - I think we should organise Christmas Lunch on a monthly basis in future! It was a fitting end to such a great year for the club.

Hope to see everyone at the next meeting, when we will have as our guest speaker Julie Short from Idyll Nursery speaking on African Violets Gloxinia, and lipstick plants. The garden visit on the 10th March will be to Julies nursery at Modanville , Alison will have all the info at the next meeting, on that day we will also be visiting Beth Noble's garden . An extra Garden visit has been arranged for those that wish to visit the Dahlia growers on the 22nd of March.
Letter received from Ron and Nita Burns Lismore Garden Club, they are opening their garden on the Sunday 26th of Feb. 9 to 3.30 pm their address is 53 Kruseana Avenue Goonellabah gold coin entry to go to Rescue Helicoptor. Plants for sale afternoon tea available at a modest cost . Look forward to seeing all on the 7th March. Cheers Hazel
